How To Get Road And Tow Service
If your vehicle requires towing, jump start assistance, fuel, tire service, or lockout service, follow these simple steps to request Customer One Care 24-Hour Roadside Assistance:
• Dial toll-free 1-800-521-2779.
• Provide your name, vehicle identification number and license plate number.
• Tell us the location of your vehicle, including the phone number from which you are calling.
• Briefly describe the nature of the problem and answer a few simple questions.
 
You will be given the name of the service provider and an estimated time of arrival. If you feel you are in an "unsafe situation," please let us know. With your consent, we will contact local police or safety authorities. Eligibility
Customer One Care 24-Hour Roadside Assistance covers all Chrysler, Plymouth, Dodge, or Jeep® cars and light trucks sold with the New Vehicle Basic Warranty. Service will be provided to the driver of the registered Chrysler, Plymouth, Dodge, or Jeep vehicle.The vehicle must be sold and registered in the U.S.A., and service will be provided in the U.S.A. and Canada. The Customer One Care 24-Hour Roadside Assistance program is separate from the New Vehicle Basic Warranty, and the coverage is concurrent with the 3-year/36,000 mile basic. Coverage expires three years from the original vehicle in-service date, or 36,000 miles, as shown on the odometer, whichever occurs first. This coverage is a complimentary service. DaimierChrysier Motors Corporation may amend or cancel this coverage at any time. There is no refund available in the event of cancellation or amendment. Covered Services
Flat Tire Service
If you are inconvenienced by a flat tire, we will promptly dispatch a servce provider to change your tire with your good spare.
Out of Gas/Fuel Delivery
Drivers can't always count on a gas station being nearby - especially when travelling away from home. Just call 1-800-521-2779, and we will immediately dispatch assistance to deliver a small amount of fuel to get you to a nearby station.
Battery Jump Assistance
No time is a good time for a dead battery, but with Customer One Care 24-Hour Roadside Assistance, you don't have to worry about being stranded. We will dispatch assistance to provide you with a battery jump anytime, day or night.
Lockout Service
Whether the keys are locked in your car or frozen locks are keeping you from getting on your way, help is just a phone call away at 1-800-521-2779. This service is limited to providing access to the vehicle's seating area. It does not cover the cost of replacement keys. If your vehicle has the Sentry Key system, it is strongly recommended having additional keys made at the time of delivery. See your Owners Manual for details.
Towing Service
Our towing service gives you peace of mind and confidence. If your vehicle becomes disabled as a result of a mechanical breakdown, Customer One Care 24-Hour Roadside Assistance will dispatch towing service to transport your vehicle to the closest dealership which services your brand of vehicle. If you choose to go to another dealership, you will be responsible for the cost if the extra distance exceeds 10 miles.
